Pick Your Pet Adoption Event

Join us for Pick Your Pet, BARC’s annual adoption drive in partnership with ABC13 Houston. This year, the event is bigger than ever with three full days of reduced adoption fees to help Houston’s pets find homes.

All weekend long, adoption fees are just $13 for dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens, thanks to the generous support of The Miller Law Firm and The Houston BARC Foundation

The event kicks off Friday with our signature adoption drive day, featuring extended hours and live coverage from ABC13 throughout the day. We’re also adding two additional adoption days over the weekend to give even more families the chance to meet their new BARC Buddy!

All adoptions take place in person at BARC’s Adoption Center:
3300 Carr St., Houston, TX 77026

All pets: $13 adoption fee

All adoptions include spay/neuter, vaccinations, and a microchip.
